How many days I have to refill my account once my Air time days have expired?

Once your Air time days have expired, you have 3 days to refill your account. If you don’t refill in this period of time, your number will be reassigned and a new number will be assigned if you to continue using our service.

If I don't refill my Directo Go before the expiration date, will I lose my number?

You have 3 additional days to refill your account once the air time days have expired. If you don’t refill in this period of time you will loose your number. It is important to refill your account before the expiration date.

Can I move my actual number from other company to Directo Go? (Portability).

Yes, just ask our seller to port your old number to an a Directo Go new account. There's no extra charge for this service.
